SoCal Fintech was started after seeing the need for expertise that could span and integrate the areas of accounting, finance, and business operations while understanding the regulatory, compliance, product, data, marketing and engineering inputs that guide fintechs. We provide unique experience having previously audited public financial service companies and also having operated and built at fintechs from the Seed through going public stages.

Founder/CEO
Zach is a former Manager in the audit practice at KPMG, focused on Financial Services companies. He then spent 6 years at Acorns, a disruptive investing and neobanking platform, building and scaling the Accounting, Finance, and Business Operations functions. Most recently he was the VP Finance at Grow Credit, raising over $10MM in equity capital while building out the accounting, finance and analytics processes.
With over 15 years of experience in audit, funds flow, business & product operations, finance and accounting functions, Zach brings unique expertise to the fintech community. Helping startups scale and expand their mission is not just a job, it is a passion. Let him help you today!
